This is a handcrafted piece, smaller version of a similar mask that could be worn for parties, carnival, shows or displayed in a space.
This piece is only for interior decoration, for example also protected and emphasized under a glass, acrylic dome or case.
As for the bigger version of mask to wear, this piece is lined with unbleached and washed calico cotton.
If the mask is displayed without a protective dome or case, you will easily dust it delicately with a fan-shaped artist or makeup brush available in the best art supplies or makeup shops.
This piece is unique in a sense that each one that I make in a serie of a same theme will have that precious uniqueness which is the result of my inspiration of the moment, the way the feathers get the harmonious shape, the different effect given by a patina, a whole variety of things are the reasons why I display each piece individually with again, a unique serial number and hand signed by me.
As already mentioned, this handcrafted item is decorated with feathers which are sensitive to direct sunlight, humidity and water, please be aware that prolonged exposure to one or both of these three elements could affect the shape, the appearance and the color of it. Therefore, it is safer to display or to stock this item in a dry environment away from direct sunlight source.

. The maximum attention has been given to the choice of the materials and technique in the long fabrication process of each handcrafted piece and illustrating it as clearly as possible in every picture on this website. Consequently, please understand that I cannot offer any returns.
However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to exchange the piece within 10 business days provided that a suitable alternative exists in stock.
. Any piece returned to me for exchange must be shipped pre-paid in its original packaging.
. You must keep all packaging items and/or maintain the piece secured and protected in the box as it was opening it IF you are uncertain of your choice at the moment of reception of your purchase.
■Recapitulating, before processing the return:
. Please contact me within ten business days upon receipt of your item via email at michaeltrevis@hotmail.com (or click on).
. An agreement must be reached between us for a suitable alternative if available.
. The item must be returned in its original condition in the original packaging with all the items that were included in it.
. The item cannot be worn, used or damaged.
. You will be liable for any return shipping cost, national or international.
I will be unable to offer any exchange if all of these points are not respected, therefore, I also reserve the right to process the exchange only upon receipt and after examination of the returned item.
. Unfortunately, absolutely no return option is offered for custom-made orders.
. Shipment will usually be issued within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise specified and using the most appropriate service depending on the size of the piece and the recipient country address.
. Small size items will be dispatched via Royal mail 1st class signed for to any UK national address and via standard courier for international shipment.
. Medium and large size pieces will be dispatched via standard courier for any national and international shipment.

. Please note that I am not responsible for any item lost, delayed or mishandled in the transit.
. Any standard and express courier service I use requires a recipient phone number that will be used only for delivery purpose, unfortunately no shipment is accepted without your landline or mobile number.
. ALL shipment services are provided with a tracking number and require the signature of the receiver at the point of the delivery.

I will always try to use the safest, quickest and proportionally cheapest shipment method depending on the size of the item but again, I am not responsible for any item lost, delayed or mishandled during the transit. . Any item must be delivered to a complete local address, private or business, no shipment will be processed to PO box addresses or Army bases.
NON-DELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS:
You will be liable for all of the cost of relabelling and return of items left unclaimed, refused or undelivered due to negligence or absence at the moment of delivery or for providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
. I do choose various materials in the fabrication process. Some of them are named and/or listed in the description of each piece.
. Most of my pieces are composed of natural feathers which have been washed, treated and dyed by professional and renowned companies in order to respect the essential hygiene requirements, national and international.
. Other restricted material I use could be cotton, silk, real gold leaf, real silver leaf, real copper leaf and semi-precious stones (named in the piece description section).
. The most part of my stock of feathers comes from international renowned suppliers who are themselves provided by serious farms constantly under veterinary control to respect the high hygiene standards. The type of feather is visible in the description section.
. Any other feather element from diverse origin is again hygienically treated to respect the standards and be suitable to be mounted on a head or face ornament piece. In this case, the type of feather and its origin is visible in the description section.
. Lawmakers of most countries deem certain items prohibited or restricted.
It is your responsibility at any time to be informed regarding the customs and import restrictions applicable in the country in which the item will be delivered to or brought into by you, or on your trip back if the item has been delivered to a UK national address (e.g. for regulations about feathers, cotton, silk, precious metal leaf and semi-precious stones) BEFORE purchasing.
. Therefore, I am not responsible for any item stopped or confiscated at custom controls or consequently for any fine or other sentence due to the buyer’s negligence and lack of information.
